Westchester Transmission

I came here to get my entire transmission replaced. Oscar was informative throughout the entire process. He always kept me updated as soon as any new information came in. After my service, I had no issues and my transmission feels great and Oscar said that if any issues came up to give him a call and he'd solve it. Even after that service he still values me as one of his customers. I haven't gone to any other mechanic since. I highly recommend him!!!

I got my back brakes done here and Oscar did such an amazing job. He was great with communication and keeping me updated along the way. He was meticulous, thorough and, took pride in his work. Recommend going here if you need anything done to your car.

Worth every penny! Professional and kind. Oscar was with us every step of the way during a nasty back-and-forth with a local big-name dealership in Yonkers. Since the vehicle was released from the dealer, it was in far worse condition than when it was taken there. It was supposed to only be a motor replacement. Oscar from Westchester Transmission advocated for us, was in constant contact with the dealership, and became heavily involved in our fight to get some type of reimbursement for our nightmare. We eventually gave up on the dealership, and took our car (in very bad shape) directly to Oscar. He found that the fuel injector wires were exposed, they lost the fuse box cover, (leaving it susceptible to future damage), and left the brake lights permanently on! Due to his thorough inspection, we found that the root cause of the additional issues was due to the dealership's poorly installed motor and sloppy work overall. Although we did have to come out of pocket for the remediation work, we regret not going to Oscar to have the motor replaced in the first place. We would have avoided the months-long nightmare! We are finally able to operate the car and cannot thank Oscar enough for the time he spent not only working on our vehicle but fighting the dealership for free and on his own time. Highly recommend and we learned our lesson that the bigger corporations are not always better!

This is one of the best transmissin repair shops around. I have used them in the past, about 10 years ago and again recently and with out a doubt will recommend them to all that need transmission services. I had went to a local repair shop in Co-op City and they failed miserably, they had my Nissan Pathfinder for 6 months and could not figure out the problem. Oscar had it for a week start to finish back on the road. Could not be happier with the results.

Fraud don’t come here he is a really bad guy and don’t sign a paper he will make you sign something and then will charge if he don’t know how to fix It’s worse experience ever
