Orlando and Ashley are the dynamic duo that we all need to have on our team. I spoke to Orlando about my car and the work I wanted done. I needed a matte finish custom colour match for my '22 Bronco. Having gone down this road before with other shops I was hesitant but comforted knowing that this time my relationship with ownership was a good one. I dropped off the vehicle as discussed and sure enough around 9am Orlando contacted me to let me know he had the car and was starting the work. Around 1pm he called again to update me on the progress and also make a couple recommendations. I arrived to pickup the vehicle around 6pm and it was, as promised, in the final stages and almost ready for me to go. From start to finish the process was smooth, communication was easy, and the end result was truly impeccable. Kudos to this team that really puts the effort in that is required to please the customer and also produce a quality product that leaves all parties appreciative and willing to return. They even managed to find a scale replica that was colour matched to my vehicle down to the rims. I am impressed.

DISGUSTING service. Do not get your car repaired here. When you want to bring your car they will act all nice and assure you to fix your car. But once they start working on your car,, they will not release the vehicle even if you cannot afford the charges they keep on adding and will do every thing possible to make sure you pay for their extra services. Ashley here is very unprofessional and has ZERO experience dealing with cars or customers. I had to wait 5 HOURS with my son outside their shop to even get my car released to me. They did not repair it, car was not drivable and still took my money and declined to refund!!
