On a bus tour at Presque Isle State Park, our bus got stuck while backing up to turn around in a parking area that was grass but wet. Robert came, took his time to assess the situation, carefully hooked a heavy duty chain under the bus and used the winch to slowly pull it out of the muck. He got a resounding sea of applause from 56 Master Gardeners who gathered from across PA for the educational tour of the Park. He was courteous, professional and efficient. If this is typical of all West County Towing employees, I would never hesitate to call them and even request them If I use my AAA service.

Worst company out there!! avoid at all costs! Had a truck slip off the highway yesterday about 2 feet into the center median. We had called another tow company to come handle the situation but these guys showed up before and without any authorization said he shoveled a little bit of snow from the front of our truck and wanted $2000!!!! just for that and not touching the truck or even pulling him out! when we refused they stole our trucks key and would not return them to the driver, they said if we dont pay the $2000 they will pull the truck and take it straight to there compound and put storage charge of $8000!!! Luckily for us the cops came and told them they cant do that. These guys are scams! watch out please!

Robert M First Call is a great people person lots of knowledge in automobiles... repair done quick took interest in my communication with him recommend he instruct future work force for understanding and listening skills That was the first call.... and then a bit later... Brian Second Call I thank Brian for getting me out of the quick sand...... he took care of my situation and got me back in progress Edgenuity and patients got me back on the road quickly

The driver from West County Towing showed up quickly, all the way up in Westfield, NY, to winch out the U-Haul that my movers got stuck in my lawn. He worked fast and did great work - I hope I don't need to call again, but if I do, I'll definitely call these guys.
