Fairview Service Center and Mobility

FSC experience was excellent! Friendly, professional, on time, kept advised of any findings during inspection and ended up reconnecting a fog light after investigating; which revealed it just needed to have the connector ends cleaned and reconnected. No new fog light assembly had to be ordered - saved money. Thank you to their team! I highly recommend FSC.

Spent 2k on tires just for my shop (customer of 15+ years) to tell me that they won’t balance out because it’s the “nature of the beast” with them being 35s. That didn’t seem right, many trucks come stock with 35s these days, I was getting a really bad steering wobble on the highway so I refused to take that for an answer. Second shop tried their best but didn’t have the equipment to get 35s balanced properly. So 3 rebalances later buddy recommended Fairview Service Center. Zach and his team immediately took ownership of the problem and were a pleasure to work with. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Front end including steering rack was inspected to make sure there wasn’t anything else causing the vibration. Then all 4 tires were road force balanced which many places can’t or simply won’t do since it takes time and requires tire to be dismounted, spun and remounted to get a perfect balance. I was expecting truck to drive better but they were able to completely eliminate the issue I was having, drives smooth as glass. This is definitely the go to place from now on. Highly recommend!

Zach came to our aide when our Joey wheelchair lift quit and we were unable to use it to load and unload our power wheelchair. We depend on this for my husband's many doctor appointments and Zach was able to get us a new one and install it in a very short time. I feel like it was a miracle that a friend happened to notice the Mobility sign at Zach's and told us. Otherwise we would have had to get the car and wheelchair to a dealer out of town and that really wasn't an option. We are so grateful that Zach was not only able to take care of this but did so in the most professional and kind manner. I have never seen him without the biggest most beautiful smile on his face and if you are on the phone with him, you can tell he is smiling. Zach and his staff are the very best people.

I had oil leaking into my spark plugs. I called and they were able to get me in within a week and replace the part. It was in and out quickly, had no issues since. Also had a realignment done with my other vehicle. All in all great service!

Went out to go to work this morning and found that my car had a flat tire. Called Fairview service center and they got me right in and fixed my tire. Very friendly, fast and reasonably priced service. Highly recommend.
