Had two good experiences here! Smogged two cars and both were at basic cost for a smog. Other places charge over $20 for the labor, so WC is super fair on their rates. Will be taking my car here for future services.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in to get smogged. People were nice enough but they broke the window on my car and didn’t tell me. I went out to leave and had to go back in. They didn’t offer to fix it although they managed to get it in the up position. Literally said to me “Hope you have good air conditioning”. So dishonest. Do not trust the smiling faces!!!

Sincere appreciation to Juan who rescued us from a truck stop, delivering us safely to our hotel in Paso Robles after multiple other services bailed (AAA roadside assistance). He took extra care to tow our lowered roadster safely. Also many thanks to RJ who then took us all the way back to San Jose (160mi with flatbed tow truck). Juan and RJ were very capable, helpful and professional, and both very safe, confident drivers. Highly recommend West Coast Auto & Towing roadside assistance!

The best service I've ever had with AAA. RJ was polite, professional, kind, and helpful. I had a screw in my tire and he was there earlier than quoted. He put my spare on quickly while giving me information on where to get my tire patched in Cambria. I can't say enough nice things about this experience.

Fernando was absolutely professional, fast and accommodateding. I've never worked with west coast towing before but if he is the standard than they absolutely shine in Atascadero. Very prompt, professional and a smooth operation through the AAA system. Wonderful to deal with and provided solid aid. If this review gets to management please note his stellar services.
