Paid close to 5 grand january or 2023 to get my transmission redone as it was failing… had to take it back a few times after because it was not done correctly now a little over a year later my transmission has failed again….. I feel like I was taken and a band aid job was put on it just to make it last long enough to be out of warranty. The guy was also very rude and not friendly at all. Now I’m having to look at replacing the transmission or getting another car both of which I should not have to be doing if the transmission was done correctly in the first place. Place that diagnosed it this time says the work was garbage. Thanks for nothing.

They're the best, hands down. They know their business and even take care of possible issues before they become a headache. It's nice to have a great shop right here in A-Town.

I bought a truck in California, on the way home it broke down on the hwy. I Google transmission shops and this one is first on the list. I bought it in to be worked on two weeks ago. The first week I stayed in California because they told me it would only take three days to fix, it took eleven more to be completed. When they told me it was fixed, I picked up my cousin and we drove down to pick it up again. It was fixed! Or so they told us, twenty miles outside of the shops city, it breaks down again. I take it back to the same shop, and they find the original problem. I asked for a time they could complete the job, and was told the next day it will be finished and that they already ordered the part. The next day, no one from the shop called me after a few hours of being open to give me a status of the truck. I called and talked to the owner James, who told me the part was never sent. So I go to the shop, to talk about a refund and again ask about how they were going to fix this. James was not there. The mechanic I did talk to had a serve attitude, I wonder if he was the one that signed off on the inspection. James left after our conversation on the phone, we were told he was busy for the day and would not return that day. This is not good business. No calls were made, no communication was had, and the mechanic who told us "its not our fault you bought it" made things worst. I have already contacted a lawyer, but living so far away I feel like a fool for taking my vehicle here. Thanks for nothing.
