Love these guys. Always bring my vehicle to them whenever I got an issue that I’m unable to do myself on my own vehicle. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their scheduling, while usually pretty packed are easy to work around with my busy schedule. Never had a single issue with them and even recommended friends, family, and coworkers to get their vehicles service by them. Best in town by far. They make sure to communicate everything with your vehicle every step of the way.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. These guys delivered a Christmas miracle. Our car broke down while traveling and Jason was able to get it in and fix it on the 26th (for a very reasonable price too) and we were able to make home safely to celebrate the rest of our Christmas. The friendly service, quick turnaround and reasonable prices were about the best Christmas gift we could have gotten.

I'm upset because I don't remember the tech's name that helped me today as I was a blubbering mess. I was stranded 3 hours from home, and after a dozen phone calls between insurance, family, tow companies, and other mechanics, West Central Auto came through like a guardian angel. Not only did he get me back on the road after going way above and beyond, but his fix got me all the way home without having to stop like we thought I would have to. I will never forget how amazing he was. Thank you!

I had an alternator die on the way to LaCrosse from the Green Bay area. West Central was affordable and quick to get the job done even though we live 3 hours away. We were able to get it repaired and back home in just a few days. Highly recommend to anyone who lives in that area to get their vehicle serviced.

Was suggested to try West Central by a co worker, have since taken two of my vehicles in and have been satisfied with the work. Pointed out issues I had and needed to address before alignment and didn't try to sell my anything I didn't need. Ive suggested them to people and will return if I ever need. Nice family owned business,A+
