Sean S. and the team at Wayne’s in Powell provided a wonderful experience for me when I needed help this week. I believe most people can agree that when going to a new mechanic, we start off with a general feeling of mistrust, worry, and fear of being taken advantage of. Instead of having to go through that expected dreaded experience, I had the rare privilege of feeling the exact opposite through the entire process. I immediately felt fully at ease, I was not judged or belittled, and they took the reins and handled things I had been worried about that I didn’t even know where to begin with. I came in because multiple dash lights were on, I was hearing grinding and a loud, low whine, and I was pretty sure I minimally needed new brakes, but had a few different issues with my wheels that I couldn’t possibly begin to diagnose. After inspection, they were completely honest with their findings. They did not try to upsell or push for any unnecessary repairs, they let me know what to watch out for in the near future, and gave me a minimum of what I should have them fix in order for me to stay safe, and a maximum of repairs/maintenance that could make sense for me for the time being. They explained everything to me that I had been feeling while driving; things that I hadn’t even mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. When I drove it off the lot after repairs were complete (which took exactly as long as they had prepared me for) it was like being in a brand new vehicle. I was astounded at the peace I felt knowing my car was safe again, with the lack of flashing dash lights, the smooth ride, and the newly-silent interior cabin. The extra guarantee they provided on their work was the icing on the cake. 10/10, will be using them exclusively in the future.

Not only have they taken incredible care of my car, but they have taken the time out to teach me how to better care for my car and prevent future issues. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them because I know that they will be honest and provide the best customer service I’ve ever had from an auto shop.

I've been going to Wayne's for 6 years and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Employees are professional, honest, and I've never had an issue with their work. Pricing has always been fair and transparent. You really can't ask for more from your mechanics!

Wayne's Auto Repair was great to work with! They were extremely responsive - not only with getting me in for an appointment, but in getting my car repaired, as well! They also provided options for the repair versus simply staying " ... must be done". Thank you for all your help!!

The staff here were very knowledgeable and even with a busy shop they were able to diagnose and fix my car in less than 6 hours. The price was VERY reasonable and I'll definitely be back with any future issues!
