Took my jeep in to have the headliner replaced. It wasn't done at the end of the day, as promised. I went and had to wait another two hours while the shop was supposed to be closed. Finally it was brought out to me and apparently an argument broke out between the manager and employee doing the work. The manager told me not to worry about paying for the work. I assumed it was because they made us wait for so long. When I got the jeep home, the work was so poorly done that the fixtures on the ceiling were loose and falling. When we took the jeep back in to get them tightened, the manager said they didn't have to do anything as they had waived the fee. I think that is incredibly poor customer service and I will NEVER use them again. I will also report to the Better Business Bureau. Awful place!

I decided to give a local business a shot. Jack the owner of this place along with Motor King thanked me for giving him an opportunity and promised I would be satisfied. He required a deposit and now i understand why. Today when I called to see when I could pick it up (because it was promised today) and he said they got behind and it wouldn't be finished on time. He also told me that this business has lost him 250k. He said "I sell cars." Also was very combative with me. He told me he could care less if he lost my business and that it wasn't "worth the hassle." I will NEVER deal with these people again and I suggest you do the same. Beware!

I sent my Dakota in for the headliner and they did such a great job I sent in my Sentra right away. They do great work and are they cheapest in Cincy. If I have anymore headliners falling down, I will go there right away.

My husband took his Mustang in to Wanda's because the door upholstery was coming loose. When he was quoted $160, he just said" Wow". The guy asked why and he just said "I didn't think it would be quite that much". He was told to bring it in the following week, any day. He took it in today and asked if they could do it on Wed. First the guy said sure, no problem-THEN he said, very nastily, "I'll pass. You questioned my price, so I'm not interested in the job". I gave one star because there was not a no star option. Avoid this place.

Got the headliner replaced in my Cadillac. The work was done extremely fast, it was done well, and it was done at a price significantly better than any other shops around.
