Stopped here for an oil change last Tuesday. Not the best customer service but I can get over that. Took WAY too long (3.5 hours) but I can get over that too. My issue is that after having a simple oil change and “fluid flush” here I started leaking coolant the very same day. I’ve tried calling them to ask about it but they NEVER answer the phone. Was never an issue before and now I have to take my car to be serviced somewhere else.

Waited 2 hours for them to tell me that they couldn’t patch my tire, despite my Walmart+ road hazard warranty. It took 2 hours to determine that? The technician told me they were checking the wrong tire for a while… total mess. Would not recommend

Well, what can I say other than they deserve less than one star rating. I looked online at Walmart website and found the tires I wanted to purchase and took the wheels off my vehicle and took them there. I honestly don't trust them to mount them on my car, plus I'd have to wait forever for it I'm sure. So I figured that if I just take the wheels, I can drop them off and they can get to them at their leisure. Well 2 1/2 hours later they called me and said they would not mount the tires I chose because they weren't the exact same same size as the ones on the wheels I dropped off. I was going up one size on a jeep and that was the same size as the "optional" size offered at all the major tire stores and even Walmart's own website. But the auto center still refused to do anything other than the one on the wheels. So I said what if I dropped of wheels with 4 different tires sizes, what then? They said they would then go by the recommended tire size for that vehicle, so I showed them the tire stores website for optional tire sizes and their own website, but they still refused, so I had to take the tires elsewhere to get them mounted. Another Walmart said they didn't care what I wanted, they would put any tire on the wheel as long as it wasn't on the vehicle. So I had to go to a regular tire store the next day since the other Walmart was busy.

I should've looked at the reviews! Ugh. I was traveling through Daytona on my way to Florida.When my oil light came on and decided it would be a good idea to get my oil changed. I made an appointment for noon. I got there a bit early and was told it would be an hour. After about 45 min, the technician came and told me they do not carry my oil filer but I could go to an auto parts store and buy one. I was told they would hold my spot as I made an appointment. I returned 15 minutes later and told by a assistant manager my tech went to lunch. He said he would take care of it. The lobby was dirty, no coffee and just a hard metal bench to sit on. Not very comfortable for a senior. While I was waiting , another gentleman came in , that was waiting for his car to be finished and he was told that they didn't have the correct oil filter as well, he was not very happy. Needless to say two and a half hours after my appointment my car was finally finished. If I lived here I Would never go back To this location again. I do hv to say, bothe the technicians were polite and apologetic. The 2 managers really didn't care.
