Friendly and helpful staff. Pricing is competitive. While I like shopping at this location. However, on several occasions, including this past Monday, politically divisive talk radio was blasting so loudly that I could hardly hear the staff member assisting me. if I continue hearing talk radio blasting when I arrive, I'll take my business down the street.

Went in this morning with the voltage meter showing low. Sure enough it was the 2 batteries (yep, my diesel takes 2). I'd never been to the Advance Auto on Wilmington but it will be the ONLY place I go from now on. Joe installed two new batteries for me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Another associate had to do a parts run so Joe was also running the store and he was helpful and courteous to everyone that entered. It is so hard to find excellent employees and Advance has a great one in Joe. I'll also be calling their store manager later today to make sure they know the type of person they have in him. Thank you again Joe - I truly appreciate all you did!

Wonderful customer service. Took my battery in for my 79 Bus. They ran a test to see if it was still good. After receiving the sort of good news that the battery was okay, they helped me troubleshoot what else might be wrong. If I can get the bus started, I'll run it up there for a system check. Friendliest staff around!

I walked in and asked where the product that I was looking for would be. Guy directed me to said aisle all the while playing on his phone. Never offered any assistance because again he was on his phone. Picked up what I hoped would be the right part I needed and went to checkout. The guy again was on his phone. He rang up my item I paid and within a sec of giving back my change he went right back to being on his phone. Very poor customer service.
