Called 2 days in advance to orders tires and service to put them on. Drove 30 minutes to this walmart auto center for them to tell us they no longer have the tires and the more expensive ones are the wrong ones...so we waited a good half hour for them to put them back on. Such a waste of time!

So I came in for an oil change on Friday 11-01-2024 I had some extra time. I forgot I made an appointment on 11-03-2024 for an oil change I called multiple times on 11-02-2024 to ask if they can switch it from an oil change to a tire rotation no answer. I went online to try and book this but it doesn’t even give you an option. I came in sunday morning to see if they could switch it from an oil change to a tire rotation figured they could because it’s even easier. The guy said he had 2 callouts and he can’t do it. So I ended up leaving. My one star is because they never answered on Saturday after I made 8 calls to the between 1-3pm, and their system not allowing you to book a tire rotation. The guy didn’t even care that I was there. So if you have an oil change great but anything tire related you gonna have some headaches here.

Super friendly staff... Incredibly helpful. With that being said, make sure you block off plenty of time when you go there. As I previously said, super friendly and helpful, but not super fast. A set of 4 tires mounted and balanced took around 2 hours. I've worked in the auto repair business before, I could have done it by myself in less time than that. I will go back, their prices are great!

Decent auto center. Worth to check for discounts. I was able to get tires I was looking for at a significant discount. Just be prepared… the email confirmation contained a bar code or the appointment that the store had no idea what to do with. They requested an enormous amount of detail about the car which had no bearing on the tires (which had been pre-ordered). The staff is pleasant, but the administrative burden placed on them borders on obnoxious. Still, considering the value, I’d probably suffer thru it again.
