Got in quickly, just one car ahead of me. Abby offered me water and answered my questions. Matt was efficient, both worked well together and helped me feel comfortable and we're respectful. Have been to Take5 in the past and have always had good service, will return.

Never going here again. They have a sign that says 20 bucks off of an oil change. So I go in and get an oil change. Then he tells me that it doesn't apply to the basic oil change it's only good for the more expensive ones. The sign says nothing about that. Ripoff.

Tim the manager was great. He was the only one working. Take 5, get the man some help. You shouldn't have 1 person working by themselves. I watched him do 3 cars during my time there and if you want to keep good employees like him around you should make that a priority. Give him a raise too while we're at it. He upsold me a cabin filter. I'm sure he makes you more then you pay him for.

It seemed like Matt was training the other man. They got us in and out quick. offered recommendations on additional services without being super pushy. When we got the bill it was significantly less than previous oil changes we’ve had.
