The associates are kind and helpful, but they had my truck in the garage for just about 3hrs, to balance 3 tires. I am not even sure how you can make such a simple job take that amount of time. I absolutely will not return. Vulcan tire just down the street would have had it done in 20min or less, and they have less equipment. I would suggest taking my business there.

We scheduled an appointment and ended up being late, so we called ahead and let them know we'd be a few minutes behind. They said we'd be fine unless we arrived over 10 mins late, which we weren't going to be. Mark, the customer service associate, was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Service was quick and proper. They clearly want us to come back again some day. 😸

I called prior to arrival and was told there would be no wait, no appointment necessary. I arrived not even 5 minutes after my phone call that I was told I wouldn’t have to wait for service & immediately had to wait for assistance. Upon assistance, employees seemed to have NO courtesy of other people’s time. It appears someone was already ahead of me. Which would be no issue if I was told there would be over an hour wait for an oil change. I went back near 12:15 since it still said my car service had not been started. I was then told, yea it’s back there & I said if it’s not I want to cancel it. They assured me it was back there being worked on. Then it turns 12:25 and I get an update saying service has been started on my car. My car was “checked-in” at 11:35. My car was not ready until 12:41. Will not be returning.
