I tend to always have a good experience, but only thanks to Jason and another gentleman whose name I don’t remember. They’re on top of it and are customer oriented. Jason has gone out of his way to rotate my tires himself, even though it wasn’t his responsibility, when two new tires were left on the passenger side. I would think it’d be common knowledge for a person who replaces tires to leave two new tires in the rear, even if that involved rotating another. But nonetheless I will continue coming here, as long as one of the two are present to help. Hope they never leave.

I had a frustrating experience getting my tires replaced at this auto service center. I purchased my tires online from Walmart, which included the installation fee, and scheduled my appointment through their app. On the day of my appointment, they canceled just two hours before, claiming the shipment was delayed and they couldn’t service my car. Since it was such short notice, I called to check—and it turned out they had my tires in stock, but no one updated the system. As a result, my appointment was automatically canceled, and I was only refunded for the installation fee. I had to reschedule over the phone and went in for the replacement. But when it was time to check out, the cashier tried to charge me again for the tires. Even after showing my email receipt that confirmed I had already paid (with only the installation fee refunded), they wouldn’t believe me. I had to call Walmart’s headquarters myself to verify the correct amount. The entire process took three hours for a simple tire change, and when I finally left, the air in my tires was uneven. The staff was slow, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience they caused. However, I do want to give credit to one machinist who actually took the time to help—thank you for your effort. Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I came in to get teo tired replaced and they advised me to order them online and bring them in to have them installed. I wanted to buy a can of fix a flat the gentleman at the register continued a phone conversation, and then walked off telling me to wait until he figured out the issue with the person on the phone. I found another cashier clearly looking at me standing at the ewgister and I had to ask her to checkout my 1 item.

I had the worst time getting assistance at this location. They never answer the phone. I bought 4 new tires from Walmart & had them put on at this location. Two of my rims were scratched after tire installation, 2 of the 4 brand new tires were low on air after tire installation, they forgot to put 2 of my tire caps back on (I had to ask for them back), I had to come back a week later to get the tire rebalanced (& 1 tire was still low on air after they did this), they didn't line up the circles on the new tires correctly so that the tire would wear evenly, & here we are a week later & I am constantly losing air in 1 tire (there are no holes/punctures). I also had no issues with my TPMS before getting these new tires put on & now I have two wheels with broken TPMS sensors. Walmart will not take responsibility, stated that it must have been "poor timing", & that it would cost me $30 to replace each one. Horrible experience.
