Sean and Savanna are incredibly professional and thorough. After getting my tires replaced, I thought something had gone wrong, but they quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be unrelated to their work. They kindly took the time to explain everything to me and provided the solution to the issue. I’m very impressed with their service and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! Came here for new tires and oil change. Friendly staff. No additional fee surprises. The app keeps you updated with the process. Text messages notifies you when car is done Just in case you’re shopping around. I will be coming here for my future oil changes.

I went for an oil change at just after 5 on a Sunday. There were no customers and 3 techs and a guy wearing a blue vest all hanging out in the bay area. All of them looked at me and then ignored me as I walked up to the guy in the blue vest. Apparently his tablet was more interesting. When I finally got his attention I asked for an oil change and he said sorry there's nobody available today. I pointed at all the techs just standing around and he said they were scheduled to leave soon and that they were short staffed because people called off and he didn't want to work on any cars today. I said but you're open until 7 right? And he said yeah. But he has no techs. I gestured towards all the techs that were just hanging out in the bays and he said that their shift was ending soon like at 6. So tell me how 4 people can't do a 15 minute oil change when there's almost an hour left on their shift? More like they just didn't want to work today. This used to be my go-to place for weekend oil changes but that just changed.

Spent more than 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Three vehicles were serviced before mine. Communication among employees I observed was terrible. Only good I observed was one employee was trying his best to serve customers at the register. They had seven employees in the shop confused who was working on my oil change on my truck until I started asking why has my truck not been serviced yet. Someone at the Algonquin store needs to emphasize the importance of team work communication with the auto service team.
