Prompt service, knowledgeable staff. I like the snacks available which are great for the kids who needed to come with me. They also have a few toys and books which was great. I was updated on status so I knew what to expect all along the way.

This is my 3rd visit to Rosen for an oil change. I also needed to have my rear license light repaired. Jamal checked me in right as I pulled in. He was very polite and professional. He told me to head into the waiting area. The waiting area has complimentary snacks and coffee. When the maintenance was done on my car, Jamal explained what was done and that the car was in good shape. I left with no invoice to pay and a complimentary car wash.

We will be coming back here for any and all services needed.
