I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Walmart auto area. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, expecting it to be done in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, it took the entire day! To make matters worse, they somehow managed to lose my car key and didn’t even bother to call me to inform me about the situation. I only found out when I arrived to pick up my car after waiting for hours and then they canceled my appointment and never did my oil change! This level of incompetence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and I advise others to avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

I took my car in for a synthetic oil change and was a quarter short than what they were supposed to put in. I had a tire service scheduled The next week and Walmart lost my fourth tire and refused to give the three I paid for since the fourth wasn’t there. Took me forever to finally get a refund back on the three and the fourth im still waiting on, the customer service for this situation was terrible. I asked for the employees names who were involved so I could report a complaint and they wouldn’t tell me what their names were, very unprofessional. Cheyanne Bradford cussed me then hung up the phone when I was asking for employee names.

Arrived at 11:32AM to get a tire changed. Didn’t receive a text or Service tag to be able to track the process. Around 12:45 PM I was told there was one person ahead of me. Went back to getting an update over an hour later (2:30pm) and I was told there are now two people in front of me and my car hasn’t been moved or touch yet.

HORRIBLE!!! I never did Walmart Auto Center but instead of downplaying it i decided to give it a try. Here it is 2 weeks I been waiting for my tire. Just to find out it has been deliver to the Auto center 5 days after its been ordered. Plus they canceled my appointment when my tire was "supposedly" there. Called Hope Mills Auto center and they told me it's on back order and they will update me when tire arrived. NOW! in April I have called and even popped up to see what's going on and they said they will follow up with me. After no follow up couple days later I decide to reach out to WM Customer Service for them to tell me my tire been at the location they sent me tracking and all lol! So I called auto center to make sure. GUESS WHAT? they said the tire was there it was just hiding in the back .Set an appointment arrived 10 min early checked in, shop for an hour and half walked back to Auto center saw my truck still outside untouched. So nicely I just ask if I can just get my tire and go. GUESS WHAT THEY TRY TO GIVE ME THE WRONG DMN TIRE!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN -5 STARS . Oh and it takes 48hrs to cancel a order 🙄 that you also have to call walmart customer service to do to get yo money back !!

Hello, I am less then satisfied with this walmart auto care center. I ordered tires for my car and scheduled installation with the Hopemills NC walmart on N Main st. The lady who was on staff at the front desk february 17th at 845 was absolutely awful. I came in trying to be friendly but she had an attitude right from the start. She acted as though me checking in for the appointment I was supposed to have was an inconvenience even though this is her job. My appointment was not in their system so I showed her my confirmation and she just got a further attitude with me. I asked her if they even had my tires here in the store, and she was pissed. She went and checked for my order and they only had one tire and she had an attitude with me about that and walked away and helped other customers that came in after me. There is a resolve to all of these problems but instead of working on that she gave me an attitude and ignored my existence. I paid $500 and did not even say anything about refunding me or anything. She gave here attitude and then tried to act as if I was the problem. I hope walmart can in the future do better.
