All I needed was to have someone check my battery. There were three employees total, and only one was servicing customers in the parking lot. There were three cars/customers that arrived after me, and we’re all serviced although I was not even spoken to yet. I did remind the employee in the parking lot that I was still waiting in which vehicle I was waiting in. I was told they would get to me. I was there over 45 minutes and was never addressed about checking my battery. Not sure if it’s because I was a female alone asking for service since all the other customers that were serviced before me, we’re all male or if my issue was not as important as they felt others were. I’ll just take my service elsewhere.

Truck was having trouble starting, brought it to have the battery and alternator tested. Chris came out in the rain and helped diagnose the issue and saved me half my mortgage payment in parts to try and get my truck fixed. Chris was professional, friendly and actually cares about the customers, can’t thank him and this location enough.

Woke up and my car wouldn't crank. I knew I needed a new battery because it wouldn't hold a charge and it was on my to do list. Well after using my portable battery charger to jumpstart my car, my kids and I drove less than two miles up the road to the closest Advance Auto Parts. Mr. Kenny C. found the right battery, offered a warranty, and installed the battery in record time. I was able to get my kids to daycare and get to work safely without any reservation about whether or not I was going to have any more issues with my car. Mr. Kenny C. helped turn my day around! My Dad always counted on Advanced Auto Parts to meet his needs and I know that I can too!
