was here yesterday for a balance and rotation for 2.5 hours. And they didn’t do it or anything else! They said because one of the tires for sure needed 2 be swapped but they said they couldnt bc no managers there for adjusting. And another was also recommended to be done as well. They assured me they would call me today AND have me come in. No one did. had to come in because otherwise my grandma would be driving around on a tire that was ready to blow out. Came in today. Arrived at 216pm. Was told one car ahead of me then i was next. Today I was here from 216pm to 707pm for tires. Mind you its about 40-50 mins each way to get here and they knew it. Asked Brenna to call for a store or aSM to come back and she said “IM not comfortable ill go get lee”. My complaint was about lee and the lack of service and not caring about the extreme wait time approaching 5 hours. I have obvious physical issues and they could tell but kept me waiting this whole time on a steel bench and didnt give a damn. Had to go track down a boss dragging around the store. Found a coach named sissy and another one named cassie who could not assist me much other than to say they would pass it along to the store lead who wasnt there tonite. So no actual asm or actual manager was there after 5 i guess. So by the time it was done i was there from 216pm to 707pm for tires when I was told upfront an hour to an hour and a half before they would have me worked on. In addition to that the manager justin stopped working on my car and was working on another despite me being there that long. When i went back to pay, there was no apology or adjustment for anything and jn fact lee tried to justify the insane amount of time. I couldnt believe it. He didnt care a bit and it was clear as day. I highly recommend going elsewhere. This place is by far the worst ive EVER known. Also i was here a week and a half ago for a rotation and they didnt want to get me in then either. Dont waste your time go somewhere that respects your time and money and business. Also it was supposed to be 341.xx. I just realized they changed me 403.99!!!!

came here for a simple oil change, my appt was at 5:30, i got here at 5:20, and it's currently 7:30 and they still aren't done. i've asked about it twice and both times they told me "it'll be done soon". this is ridiculous and im very disappointed.

I wouldn’t take your car up there for nothing; my car sat up there for 9 hours and still didn’t get a balance and rotation for my tires, just a bunch of YouTube mechanics. The manager over the auto shop was unprofessional and rude.

Don't buy tire from Walmart tire center. Because if you get a flat tire and need a plug you have to make appointment. Because they don't have enough time for certain customers I thought Walmart was the Best not by a long shot just another terrible experience with Walmart tire center Florence Blvd. Slowest service ever
