The cashier at the Auto Care Center is great. Nothing negative to say there. The service from the mechanics, not so great. Came in to see why my brand new set of tires I bought and had on my vehicle for 2 weeks, started losing pressure. Assumed it was the fluctuating temperatures changing at most 30 degrees or more from day to day, but one tire was losing pressure daily for a week. I didn't spit any holes or objects lodged in the tire. Took it back up to the Auto Care Center since I purchased the Advanced Road Hazard warranty to help in case of any flats needing repairs or replacement. I dropped off my keys and patiently waited....for 3 and a half hours! 2 hours, my car sat parked where I left it and the remaining other time it sat in the garage. Eventually had to ask for my keys and receipt and I asked what was the issue with the tire only to get a response from another mechanic who mentioned he didn't know, just a tire repair and went about his job. So, I have no clue what the issue was that was causing low tire pressure and I'm now aware that warranty fixes on tires are pushed far back on the work agenda since it's not a service that they're being paid to do. I assumed that since I paid extra for the Advanced warranty and that I had a pressure issue that it would be something that could have been taken care of no later than 30 minutes and be on my way to do what I needed to that day. Instead it ended being a 3 and a half hour wait and having to reschedule my plans I had set that day since I wasn't given any estimated time to complete the check, nor was I told what the issue was. I already had to leave one garage for poor service and now ended up in another garage with even more poor service. Hopefully I can find some decent help at some point. Whether or not they were having a bad day that morning, at least have some courtesy to help customers understand any delays and the issues that are going on in the garage or with their vehicle so they can make arrangements and not have to cancel business they had planned getting done that day.

Got a full set of tires and an oil change. Jennifer the service manager handled a situation about the tire hazard warranty. Update: Came in to get a battery. Employees were friendly especially Martin who greeted me and helped explain where to park. Charlotte helped me get the right battery. Was ready in less than 10 minutes. Then a few days later I had a low tire after shopping and went to the center for air and Mike discovered a screw and a nail in one of my tires. The tire was repaired and covered with my road hazard warranty. Carrie and Dean were very helpful while waiting. Oil changes and tires are cheaper at Walmart than any other place in town. I like the warranty they have on batteries and tires.

Quite efficient crew in a pretty clean workshop. Like get-in get-out in 13 minutes, on a somewhat cloudy yet bright Sunday afternoon. Barely handed ‘em car keys for the oil change, and the auto care center buzzed in the text message alert to come pick it up. Had to rush up my portable air-pump buy. Too easy 🍳

Ms. Charlotte was not only gorgeous and gracious but she was very sweet and helpful.. She reminded me about my lifetime warranty on my tires and she got the manager to refund me the money back that I paid for the prior day's tire rotation and I got the balancing work done for all four tires at no extra cost. Awesome Angels at this place. EVERYONE was so kind. Thanks for a great experience.
