My husband and I took our car in for an oil change, we had just purchased the car and NO ONE else had touched our car 3 days after we got the oil changed our car starts over heating, we have it towed and taken to the mechanics they find oil in coolant reservoir mechanics run all the test on the car nothings leaking nothings lose had to replace our radiator and everything because of how much oil was in it even after having it flushed out multiple times. So we file a incident report and they claim that couldn’t find any evidence showing it was there fault but no one else had touched the car so DONT LET TYLER T or WAL-MART CHANGE YOUR OIL OR TOUCH YOUR CAR

Well I was told a hour to 1.5 max on my oil change and tires. They didn't start on it till after 2 hours and was told it could still be another hour or more. Said appointments showed up, but was no mention of appointments when I checked in. Finally ended up taking over 4 hours, I was ignored by the store manager and had the front end manager hang up on me when I ask for his name.

Got my tires installed here for my car and staff went above and beyond to provide great customer service- especially Brandon and Mike. Had some issues with delivery (by the website) and they patiently and professionally helped me to resolve the problem and move forward with the installation. Highly recommend.

I was able to take my car in for a tire change without an appointment. The quoted price for two new tires, including tax and disposal fees, was $240. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove three lug nuts on one tire and could only change one. They were cautious to avoid damaging the vehicle, which is understandable. The entire process took approximately 20 minutes, and they did an excellent job.

Lazy, went toget a tire changed, carried in, hour or so later havent even started on it and said it be another hour before they could. 1 tire.... didnt even warn me it be awhile just rudely let us wander just to take it back from them , waste of time! Nasty employees spitting in trash can too 🤢🤢🤢🤮
