These guys are wonderful! Recently, Pep Boys in Cranberry stole my time and money from me when I needed a nail pulled and tire patched. They pumped air into my tire over the course of an hour and charged me. When that caused me to be late to work one day and lose training time at my brand new job the next day to have AAA come and put my spare on, I complained, and was told that I was making this all up. On day 3 of all of this, their nasty little manager, Derek, told me to leave the store after promising he'd fix this. So, instead of being an hour late on that third day of this nonsense, I wound up being 3 hours late because I had to call their corporate office and every mechanic in the area trying to get help immediately. When I finally called the auto center at the Baden Walmart and explained how desperate I was, Mike told me to get there ASAP and that he'd help me right away. I was there in 20 minutes and was greeted by a very friendly and personable William who tried his best to calm me down and make me laugh. Mike and his guys got right to work on my tire, offered me some advice on some services I should consider in the near future; and in the end, I was on my way to work within an hour of my arrival. Their service was super inexpensive, effective, efficient, and perfectly friendly. These guys are exactly what all mechanics should be! I'll be calling their manager tomorrow to sing their praises that way as well! Highly recommend!

Absolute joke. I bought two tires from Walmart and had the installation scheduled for today. The first problem is they for no reason cancelled my appointment even though the tires came in yesterday. They offered to squeeze me in anyway which I appreciated. Then they say they can't change my front tires because the back ones are a different size? Wtf? It's not an all wheel drive vehicle and the back tires don't need replaced yet. The arbitrary way they just decided they can't do what I am paying them to do is ridiculous. I will make sure no one I know goes to Walmart Auto center. The best part is Walmart was the one to put the wrong size tires on last time she got them.

Bought tires at the Baden, Pa. Store along with the lifetime rotation and balancing. Tried to make an appointment for rotation and balancing. First in person, they said they were too busy to get on the computer and schedule my appointment. I would have to get online and do it. I got on line and could only buy tires and make an appointment for installation or get a oil change . Also Tried with a phone call. That didn't work either.

I went to Walmart Auto Center in Baden for an oil change without an appointment. The manager greeted me with a smile and said they could take me right away. The technician that took my information asked what kind of oil change I wanted and I wasnt sure. He said since my car has low mileage that the least expensive would do. Upon checking out, another technician and one in training greeted me and finished up the process, asking if there was anything else they could do. I had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone.

They were fast, and way more inexpensive than a 10 min oil change place ever is now days. U can make appts online, or over the phone & do whatever in Walmart while they do your oil change. More than half the time they're so quick you are not even done shopping yet.
