He also allowed service of my vehicle 15 minutes later, in approximately 40 minutes my car was ready . The entire crew there is pleasant and goes above and beyond to ensure efficiency and quality towards your vehicle! I 1000% recommend. I will return because of the exceptional services they offer at this Auto Car Care Center.

I had an appointment at 2pm today. When I arrived, nobody was working in any of the 3 bays (photo) and nobody was when I left 15 minutes later. It appeared as if everyone was on break. 4 cars were in line for oil changes but nobody was working. One mechanic was standing around looking at his cell phone but couldn’t be bothered to speak to me. The store finally greeted me and said they “couldn’t find my paperwork” to balance tires so I just left as I have zero faith that this place would service my car correctly. They have absolutely no customer service at this location. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I had ordered one tire on Friday, and it came in on Monday. I am visiting from out of town (Texas)I arrived at walmart around 930am. I had a super long wait, due to information having to be put in the system about the tire I ordered. The lady at the counter said she had to go find someone else to do the input, that took forever. Finally they came back,, and the lady went over and put in the info. Then the girl had to check me in, just as she was finishing up. Some guy pulled up and had his tire put on before mine, even though I arrived first. The tire they put on looked rather old and dirty. Checking out, the two ladies at the counter used a lot of profanity, and were not that professional. They were talking about other employees and how they were getting on their nerves. I then asked for the warranty on the tire, so the girl that checked me in, had to do the paperwork all over again. So I had to wait longer. I was in a rush to get to my Dad's house, he is recovering from a stroke, because me and my sister's have different shifts to care for him. Needless to say I was late. Customer service training is highly recommended for this place. Please try to keep tires in stock, to cut back on wait times.. Some people have places to go and people to see. Peace and Blessings

Holy cow are these workers incompetent, don’t make an appointment, don’t show up, don’t do anything, they will take forever give you an attitude, and when you pay online they will still try to charge you and WITHHOLD your key from you, taking hours of your time out of your day, the men working in the yard and incompetent like they were ex drug addicts, and they just stand there making you wait while they take their sweet time because they are paid by the hour. There is absolutely no reason for any customer to be standing waiting while your workers mess around on a stupid walkie talkie, waiting for a manager that never comes, while the associates talk back and forth about how they don’t want to work here. what kind of a walmart is this? I never come to this walmart but i will never be back. some automotive center this is. the people at the checkout don’t know what their doing and the car guys don’t know how to fix cars. they literally go back and forth on the walkie acting like there’s some type of resolution that’s going to happen from calling someone’s name over and over on the walkie talkie. The guy who was supposed to give me my car key gestured me away and the kid at the desk was incompetent and didn’t know how to help anyone. all in all they called multiple managers and wasted an hour of my time today, when my car key was sitting right there, my entire order was already paid off. i should’ve took my key myself and left because i paid over 450 dollars for this service. there was no reason to withhold my key when i paid everything off just so a manager could check it out. i feel bad because there’s some older ladies here that need help and the men are just so nasty and rude, and they probably treat them as bad as they treated me. this is a sad place that’s more like a car accident then a car shop. as i type this review they are still going back and forth on the walkie-talkie. it’s absolutely ridiculous that you call yourself and auto care center.

Arrived at 1:45pm on a Monday. We weren’t told how long it would take for an oil change and tire rotation, but there was only one car ahead for oil change and maybe two in the two tire lanes. Headed inside and waited two hours with no updates. They started telling other people it would be a long wait and several bailed. Staff has no interest in their work, both those at the counter and those working on the cars. Overall terrible experience. Drive to Rock Hill and go to Jiffy Lube instead!
