I called before I came in and was told to buy a battery and they’d change mine out for me. Came in, spent the $160 and all of a sudden they’re “too busy”? So now I just won’t be coming back here at all. Why would you do that? Like what purpose did lying to me serve you? To get the $160 sale? I could have went other places and got a battery and had it changed for me. You lied to me and put me in a bad position bc no one will change this battery since I didn’t buy it from them. This was completely avoidable.

I strongly recommend avoiding this Walmart Auto Center. I waited over an hour before they even moved my vehicle. They claimed to have checked the fluids, headlights, and other essentials, but when I left, my headlight was still out, tire pressure was low, and there was no coolant. Despite their assurances over the phone, it’s clear they didn’t actually inspect or address these issues. If you’re looking for reliable service and want to avoid having to fix things yourself afterward, I suggest going somewhere else. Don’t even try to call there either. You’ll get another department 14 times because no one answers the phone. They noted that my TPMS light was on, but after checking it myself, I realized that every tire they rotated had a different pressure. They didn’t even bother to check the tire pressure. I guess I shouldn’t have expected more than the bare minimum from Walmart.

Let me tell you my experience. Called to make appt. 25 minutes later someone answered. Tires suppose to be ordered ready for us. Get there, some girl wanted to start from scratch. The guy I talked to on phone came out and helped. Get a text. Your car is ready. Had to know how much the bill is I was coming from delphos. Held on for another half an hour to have someone answer that couldn't me my order. "We don't know until we ring it up" Then tell me how much I'm suppose to bring. Get there, car not ready. They still can't tell me the cost. 5 minutes turned into 15. Of course I didn't bring enough because they couldn't tell me how much I owed so the kid had the NERVE to say well we will just keep your car. Really?!?!? I had money, just didn't bring enough for the bill. So text said car is ready when it wasn't. Then the guy told my husband his tire light should go off in 15 minutes if not bring it back and he will clear with computer. WHY DIDNT HE CLEAR IT OUT THEN ? So now they expect us to drive from delphos and not have an appt and expect them to take care of it right then and there. Lololol. No I'm suppose to sit on the phone for another half an hour to tell someone who knows nothing about what the guy told my husband and expect him to fix it. That's not gonna happen. So we were lied to about the sensor that we purchased would turn the tire light off in my husband's car. Thanks for nothing !
