Walmart Auto Care Centers

It’s like pulling teeth trying to reach this place on the phone to schedule an appointment. Scheduled an appointment online that was canceled two hours prior to the appointment with them saying they are short handed and leaving at 3pm. Rescheduled the appointment online for this morning. The reason they don’t answer the phone is because they are all too busy talking to each other with little to no work being completed. They completed the tire install and while checking us out they advised we were missing a tire pressure monitor sensor and inquired on replacing it after rather than while they were replacing the tires! The worst thing is I never had a tire pressure sensor light on my vehicle ever! Will never be back and strongly recommend finding somewhere else.

I’m would give no stars if possible they charged me twice for installation fee I purchased 4 tires it’s been like a half month still never received my money I called customer service and now there saying wait 48 hours for someone to contact me I want my money that is the same as stealing

Absolute joke of a service center. They canceled my appointment 2 days in a row. The 2nd day the cancellation said Sorry they only hold appointments 15 minutes but I wouldn’t be charged for appointment. However, it was 603 am and my appointment was at 8 am. They never answer their phone not even 20 seconds after they open. They have less employees than Walmarts checkout lines.

So we were going to get new tires instead of the Walmart on N Bechtle since they refused to replace tires because of a missing lug nut. I called them, and asked if they put new tires with a missing lug nut, they said yes but you have to buy the tires first online then get new tires. This time today I called that I want new tires, you have to put a spare tire on the tire that is missing the lug nut then they put the new tires on. I don't know if they are lying or scamming me or if it's their policy. If your reading this, do NOT go here EVER!

Appreciate the staff who was able to fit me in on short notice and being short staffed to get my leaking tire fixed. It was a fairly long wait though but when you're squeezed into the schedule you really can't complain.

Definitely had the worst experience possible. Was told one of my rims was cracked so it would need replaced after they replaced my tires. Made an appointment at tire discounters and paid $200 for a rim to be put on and when they took the old one off, there was nothing wrong with it and even with that ofcourse not being thier fault but your guys they still provided thorough and excellent service . but, on top of the cost I already didn’t have to accrued you guys sold me on insurance for each tire, that would cover any technical issues that may come about, but was not limited too patches and or replacement. After having my rim replaced I noticed the tire adjacent to it was not holding air. When I took it back, they told me that, though I had paid for the insurance it did not cover what I was told it would and I would still be expected to cover the cost of fixing it, even if it just wasn’t properly sealed, and it was one of their employees mistakes.
