Walmart Auto Care Centers

Stopped in at 6pm on 02/19/25 to buy 2 tires and have them installed and was going to come back today and get 2 more but they wouldn't sell me the tires they had 1 car in the bay they were finishing up and no other cars in the parking lot supposed to be open until 7pm but obviously they're not. I'll be buying my tires and having my oil changed somewhere else from now on

DO NOT use the oil change service at the Jackson Wal Mart. I said when I checked in I needed to be gone at a certain time. Man said no problem. A half hour past that time they were still TRYING to get the pump to get the oil out of the truck to put new in. Ridiculous. The tech actually said with a straight face ‘we provide the best customer service!

like going to this Walmart it is the only one we got in our little town. Plenty of parking. But it always seems like every time I go there ..there is not one handicap parking spot yet I go into the store and there's nobody in wheelchair. I'm in a wheelchair and I can never find. They need a security guard for parking for disabled and elderly. The rest can get exercise. Or therapy. Or get somebody else to go get the groceries. Or just keep an eye out for people that are elderly and disabled that might need that parking spot that you're parking in. Okay I've vinted... Think about a security guard for parking. walmart.

We would rate this place a zero if possible. Had a flat tire and travelled here with a donut tire on. Had all our suitcases/bags piled up in car to retrieve tire. They would not allow us to have car on garage even though they weren’t busy. Had to stand in pouring rain to arrange everything!!! Super nasty and rud see to us!
