Absolutely the worst mechanical experience, I have had in my 55 yrs. Shotty mechanic work, poor diagnostic abilities. I actually diagnosed the issue correctly. They did not. Lied too time after time about work done or not done. Or when it would be finished. This work took 9 months too accomplish. And was accomplished poorly. Walkers does not work on a vehicle until it's fixed, they dabble with it at there own leisure. Without any respect to the customers need to get there vehicle back. Time and time was told things were fixed, only too find they had not been. Walkers literally had too have an outside mechanic to get the car running at all and he took one day to get it running. Car still runs horrible, forcing it to go to another mechanic, to fix. I honestly Would never recommend Walkers Automotive in Mayfield Ky. To anyone. Completely unreliable and shotty work, in no rush to fix your vehicle in a timely manner.. and even if you have 9 months to fix your vehicle, rest assured it will not be running right when it's finished. Gives shade tree mechanics a good name. Obviously from many of the reviews I've seen after the fact. Many customers have had the same issues, with Walkers Automotive. Wish I had checked the reviews first hand. I give Walkers only 1 star. Simply because I had to leave at least one to leave a review.

Quality work. Did not try to sell me unnecessary items/services. Reasonable rates. They even provided me a ride home while work being done.
