I arrived prior to opening on a Monday morning and expected to wait. I saw where they had 4+ rating & knew they would be busy. I was welcomed by Stevie Prather, by the way he addressed my concerns and problems (car jerked, no display) I assumed he was the owner. He wasn't. He provided assurance, & the BEST customer service. He went above and beyond what was expected. I will give Newsome Automotive all my business in the future. I had a working vehicle with correct tire pressure, no warning icons and a reliable car. This is not a shop that keeps you in the dark and then you just get a huge bill at the end of the job. They let you know what's going on every step of the way, and their work is second to none!!! 10/10 highly recommend.
