Thankfully, I have never had to go to Wal-Tec for anything major, but for general vehicle upkeep, they are great! Very reasonable prices for oil changes. They have also patched two tires for me. The mechanic made sure I knew how to reset the tire pressure system, which was very nice of him. The lady at the desk is always nice too!

Jeff and Jeff. You'll get one of them if you call and they love to work on Hondas! We have an older model Honda Pilot that had some quirky, random, won't start problem. The kind that leaves you hanging...Well, it wasn't an easy process, but these guys figured it out, wouldn't charge me until we were sure it had been resolved, (due to the quirky, randomness of the issue) and were just all-around great to deal with—every time! Oh, and they also did the brakes and checked the struts for us and didn't try to convince us our car was falling apart so we'd spend a ton of money. None of that here. They treat you like they really care. I believe they do!
