Wadsworth Auto Care

I’ve taken two different cars there - 3 separate times. Only one being a scheduled appointment and received excellent customer service from both the front office and mechanics. They are honest, quick, and very fair with pricing. I highly recommend.

Robert and crew were very nice and fixed my problem very quickly. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency. Update 11/10/23: Super happy with Robert and all of his crew. My oil filter adapter housing gasket and O-ring was leaking on my truck and they fixed me right up. The work is top notch, the price is reasonable and he's a lifelong Wadsworth resident. Need I say more? I'll be taking my vehicles there and letting others know it's the place to go. If you need someone you can TRUST this is the place. Thanks for everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Took my car there for the first time yesterday for brakes. GREAT service/GREAT price!!! AAAAND…they seemed very trustworthy. Took it to dealership today for oil and filter change. Asked to change air and cabin filters also….they did not! But gave me a list of all the things they want me to come back for …INCLUDING cabin and air filter change!!!! I think I found myself a NEW service garage at WAC!!!

I had been taking my car to another local mechanic in Medina for years. I had an appointment to get my brakes and rotors done but then started grinding metal on metal on a Saturday, 2 weeks before the other place had scheduled me. I am a single mom and have use my car for work and to take my son to/from school and couldn’t risk driving him without brakes. My brother told me about Wadsworth Auto car, raved about them, and told me to go up there Monday morning. They were booked solid and had one mechanic off for PTO, and they still repaired my car the same day FOR LESS MONEY FOR THE SAME REPAIRS compared to the other shop I had been going to!!!!! I will forever be grateful to Rob and Cory for what they did to help me and it’s reassuring to know that there are still such amazing people out there!! My car is driving awesome and I will be a Wadsworth Auto Care customer going forward. THANK YOU!!!!!
