W&P Auto Repairs Inc. Introduce

W&P Auto Repairs Inc., located at 771 65th St, Brooklyn, NY 11220, USA, is an establishment operating under the "Auto Repair Stations" category. This facility aims to provide various automotive services for local users. Based on the provided customer feedback, it's crucial to present an objective introduction that addresses both its intended services and the recent experiences of patrons.

The environment at W&P Auto Repairs Inc., as described by recent customer reviews, has unfortunately been a source of significant concern. While a typical auto repair station strives for a clean, organized, and professional atmosphere conducive to efficient work, the feedback suggests issues with workflow and professionalism. One customer described a prolonged repair process, stating it took "6 hours to get one task which could have been easily done under 2 hours with professional technician." This implies an unorganized or inefficient work environment. Furthermore, the report of a technician "who repair didn't really know what he was doing" and "unscrewed so many unnecessary thing which didn't needed" points to a lack of professional expertise or methodical approach within the workshop. The negative interactions with the "guy IN charge" who "didn't listen my concern properly" and "demanded me more money than we agreed on before" paint a picture of a challenging customer service environment, potentially lacking transparency and respectful communication. The most critical feedback highlights that "They literally robing people because previous owner was very nice and professional," suggesting a significant negative change in management and operational standards, leading to a perceived detrimental shift in the customer experience from previous times. The mention of rudeness when a customer returned with an unresolved issue further detracts from what would typically be considered a professional or courteous environment.

As an "Auto Repair Station," W&P Auto Repairs Inc. would typically aim to offer a range of services related to vehicle maintenance and repair. Based on the customer reviews, specific services attempted or sought included:

  • Radiator Fan Replacement: One customer had their radiator fan replaced, indicating services related to the vehicle's cooling system.
  • Fluid Leak Repair: Another customer sought service for a "fluid leaking from engine," suggesting offerings for diagnosing and repairing various engine-related leaks.
Generally, an auto repair station in this category would also be expected to provide common services such as:
  • Oil changes and routine fluid maintenance.
  • Brake inspection and repair (pads, rotors, calipers).
  • Tire services (rotation, balancing, repair).
  • Engine diagnostics and repair for check engine light issues.
  • Suspension and steering component repair.
  • Battery testing and replacement.
  • Air conditioning system service.
However, it is critical to note that the provided customer experiences raise serious questions about the successful and professional execution of these services. The "head gasket blow up because of poor repair" after a radiator fan replacement, and the "problem was still there" after a fluid leak repair, directly contradict the expectation of competent service delivery.

The features of W&P Auto Repairs Inc., based on the provided customer feedback, paint a concerning picture.

  • Current Management and Professionalism Issues: A primary feature highlighted is the stark contrast between the current and previous management. The reviews explicitly state, "It is under new management. They literally robing people because previous owner was very nice and professional." This suggests a significant decline in the professionalism and ethical standards of the business.
  • Lack of Technical Expertise: One customer reported that the "guy who repair didn't really know what he was doing very unprofessional." This directly impacts the quality and reliability of repairs, leading to prolonged service times and, potentially, further vehicle damage, as illustrated by the "head gasket blow up."
  • Problematic Pricing and Communication: The "guy IN charge didn't listen my concern properly & demanded me more money than we agreed on before" indicates a lack of transparency and integrity in pricing, leading to unexpected costs for customers. Similarly, the rudeness experienced when a customer returned about an unresolved issue points to poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
  • Unresolved Issues and Damage: The most critical feature is the reported outcome of the repairs: a head gasket failure attributed to the poor repair of a radiator fan, and a fluid leak that persisted after being supposedly fixed. These are severe negative outcomes that directly impact vehicle safety and owner expenses.
These features, derived directly from customer experiences, are starkly negative and describe a service that falls significantly short of professional standards.

Given the overwhelmingly negative nature of the provided reviews, it is difficult to objectively present "promotional information" for W&P Auto Repairs Inc. in a positive light. Standard promotional strategies for auto repair shops typically include:

  • Offering competitive pricing or discounts.
  • Providing free diagnostics or estimates.
  • Highlighting warranties on parts and labor.
  • Emphasizing customer service and trust.
However, the customer feedback directly contradicts positive aspects related to pricing, trust, and quality of work. Customers reported being "rob" and charged "more money than we agreed on," and experiencing poor quality that led to further vehicle damage. Therefore, based on the available information, there is no positive promotional information to convey. Any potential customer would need to weigh these serious concerns when considering W&P Auto Repairs Inc. for their vehicle needs. If the business were to engage in promotions, they would need to actively address and rectify the issues highlighted in these recent experiences to rebuild trust within the community. Contacting them via phone at (718) 833-6220 or +1 718-833-6220 would be the only way to inquire about services or pricing, but potential customers should be aware of the documented concerns.

In conclusion, W&P Auto Repairs Inc., located at 771 65th St, Brooklyn, NY, operates as an "Auto Repair Station." However, recent customer reviews indicate severe concerns regarding unprofessionalism, lack of technical competence, prolonged service times, and problematic pricing practices, particularly under new management. Patrons have reported unsatisfactory repair outcomes, including unresolved issues and subsequent vehicle damage. While the establishment offers general auto repair services, potential customers should exercise extreme caution and consider the significant negative feedback when evaluating this business for their automotive needs.

W&P Auto Repairs Inc. Customer Reviews

One of my car radiator fan wasn't working. They ordered new one, waited about 1.5 hours first wrong part came. then waited another 1 hour to get the right condensing fan. Then guy who repair didn't really know what he was doing very unprofessional. He unscrewed so many unnecessary thing which didn't needed. It took me 6 hours to get one task which could have been easily done under 2 hours with professional technician. Guy IN charge didn't listen my concern properly & demanded me more money than we agreed on before. Absolute disaster. No words for it. (After 2 months update my head gasket blow up because of poor repair)

Please don't be mistaken. It is under new management. They literally robing people because previous owner was very nice and professional. I went there for fluid leaking from engine. They charged me 325. But problem was still there. When I went back they were super rude.
