We ordered custom covers for our travel trailer's four dinette cushions. We sent specific drawings showing special angles and cutouts in the design, and were not charged additional fees for this custom work. We loved the selection of fabrics, the ability to pre-order swatches to check color compatibility, and Mark's attention to us throughout the process. Most importantly, we were 100% thrilled with the final product's fit and craftsmanship. And, shipping was included in their very reasonable price. Despite COVID and snow storms, we had our product in about a month. We couldn't be happier with VStar Products LLC and will definitely use them again in the future.

Terrible customer service. I've tried calling almost every day because my order has not yet arrived and it's going on several weeks (my fault for not checking the background of this company prior to ordering) - about to call the bank and dispute my transaction. If you are reading your reviews here. Please check your emails and clear your voicemail and be more available to your customers. As a business that is charging money to buy and advertise your product - you should at least be available during your business hours. Otherwise, you are going to continue seeing more bad reviews from other unhappy customers. If I see a response and maybe some help with my order, I will gladly remove this review.

SO FAR NOT SO GOOD! I ordered 4 square back cushion covers on March 26, 2024 with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. It is now May 29 and no cushions. I've tried emailing them - no response. I found three phone numbers and called all three...all message boxes are full...please call back later. I will give them a better review if I hear get any type of response. But right now I would be wary of ordering from them as their customer service is awful.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered cushions on June 19th. At that time, we were charged in full for the purchase, with the website indicating a 2 - 3 week lead time. On July 7th, when I contacted the company, they indicated that it was a 4 week lead time plus shipping and stated that it might be an extra week because of the holiday. On July 19th, after 4+ weeks, they indicated that they (the 1 customer service rep as best I can tell) would contact the supplier for an update. I never heard back from them. At 9 weeks, I emailed again summarizing the above and stating that I still do not have the cushions and have not received any indication that they are close to arriving. I added that while I understand delays, I also understand from internet reviews that their company is small and this type of activity is common practice. No product and no communication is simply unacceptable and bad business. I received an email 3 days later stating that my cushions would be shipping the following day. On August 28th, with still no word on the shipment of our cushions, my husband followed up with an email of his own stating that we should be due a refund for our shipping or 20% refund at the minimum. Again, no response. September 1st, I finally received a notice from UPS that the cushions had shipped. On September 4th, after 11 weeks, they finally arrived. I still am waiting on the fabric samples that I paid for. :-) It's a terrible time ... a terrible year... for businesses. With that in mind, you need to provide good customer service. An update by any mean goes a long way. Communication! This company leaves you to feel that they don't need your business and could care less about it. Sadly, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I understand being upset about waiting, but come on people, we are in the middle of a pandemic. Let's try to give businesses some slack, as many of them are treading water. I've had excellent customer service from this company despite these obvious challenges. Example: I ordered cushion covers for a dinette set, which came very well made but were the wrong color. I contacted Mark, the owner, who is very responsive on his Etsy page, and he said it probably was a computer issue/discoloration, and he agreed to re-make them with another color that I like better. FOR FREE. I just had to pay $30 to send the others back. Most of his employees are working remotely and are not on-site but for a couple of days a week. This company makes nice quality covers that are reasonably priced, and customer service is easy to work with--highly recommend.
