This place is awesome great experience working with Troy. Called on Wednesday and had my parts for egr cooler replacement coming into dodge dealer. Troy said have it here Friday morning with parts and he'd work it in and get it done. Did exactly what he said at very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place.

Troy is a scam artist! I went in with my 1 ton dually because it needed a new transmission. Troy said he could get on in 3-4 weeks. I was fine with that until I got my truck back. The low life had the nerve to call me and tell me that I owe almost $900 because the old transmission had a problem, after I just gave them $8K for the new transmission! That got me to thinking why are they trying to fix the old transmission? I called Troy back and asked was my transmission rebuilt? After I specifically told him I DON'T WANT A REBUILT TRANSMISSION! He said "no it's refurbished! You have a warranty 100K miles 3 years" basically rebuilt! I am having huge issues with my truck now and Troy is avoiding me like I'm COVID! I'm telling you don't get your vehicle worked on here! Should I need to use a warranty within 3 weeks of getting my truck back? I've been putting transmission fluid in left an right am have to hope I make it home which is Florida!

Not clear yet on how to rate these folks as they've had our truck now 10 weeks... Well at 11 1/2 weeks I can't say it wasn't a struggle however these folks weren't willing to give it back till everything was right. And I thank them for that!

Took my truck in and was told I need new u- joints I just replaced that I needed a new horn that worked when I took it there and magically worked when I picked it up .. not to mention when I went unexpectedly to pick it up they were dragging it out in the road with the hydrolic breaks locked up because they didn't know you needed to hold in the clutch to start the truck .. wanted to charge me for a dome light that worked when I took it there and again magically worked again when I picked it up .there is a hole where an old one was but I put in a new one you would think they would have checked that before trying to charge me for one ... tried charging me for an exhaust leak that I have yet to find .. they had my truck for a week and as far as I can tell the only thing that was done was they mounted my license plate and put a light next to it .. they were going to charge me 10 hours labor to replace some broken bolts into my fuel pump that I brought home and did myself In an hour with a drill a tap a 16 Penny nail and some epoxy .. I'm more than a little pissed !!!

Husband had his diesel dually in with a DPF issue. Steven took the time to explain the entire exhaust system to us. Unfortunately he was not able to force the truck into a regen but we are so appreciative for his help, kindness and knowledge
