Don’t know where all the bad reviews are coming from. I came in without an appointment for a wheel alignment, ended up spending $290 total for the alignment and 4 new tires (the old ones were super worn and needed replacement after inspection). The mechanic explained everything to me and I was out in less than an hour. Phenomenal service and unbelievable prices. Save yourself the time and money and check out this place if you need an alignment check/new tires installed.

Outdated equipment and incompetent crew. I brought my 2023 Acura Integra in for wheel alignment. When they presented me with the alignment sheet at the end, I noticed the vehicle listed was the WRONG MODEL from the WRONG YEAR! I pointed that out and questioned if they had used the right alignment specs, the mechanic dismissed my concern and told me everything was fine. I noticed the steering felt off on my way home so I called them immediately and they told me to bring the car back. At that point they told me they didn't have my car's alignment spec in their outdated system because it only had alignment data up to 2022. WHAT?!! How can you call yourself "Experts" and sell wheel alignment service when you don't even update your system??? What pissed me off even more was the crew. They should've never taken in my car!!! They knew they didn't have the right equipment to properly service my car and instead of being forthcoming from the beginning, they decided to make stuff up along the way. Even when I pointed it out they straight up lied to my face. They are either being shady trying to make a quick buck or just plain incompetent. I would've given this place zero star seeing that they failed to meet the minimum requirement which is to actually perform the service they're selling, but I'm leaving them two stars for the price and for their front desk staff David. David was courteous and willing to help finding alternative solutions to this unfortunate situation, he is about the only saving grace for this business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as I've lost confidence in the quality of work they do here given this disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend this shop. Update: There were also oil smudge prints in the car after I got it back. That just shows the lack of care towards customer's car. Very disappointed.

If you want to lose your money and time, this is the place. Juan Carlos the owner doesnt know anything about cars ands businesses. So unprofessional. Very nad experience from this place and the owner.

Please go see Juan Carlos and David at the Vista Tire Xperts location, for all your cars needs! They are extremely knowledgeable and had amazing customer service as well! I got an allignment and found out my shocks and struts were bad so I replaced them and came back after and they realigned it for me no cost. Really appreciated the effort. Owner shook my hand and gave me his word. I think they do good work and do there best to help people. 5* A+ rating
