Do not give this shop your hard earned money! There are so many around who need the work and money. The guy that runs this shop is so incredibly rude. I actually can't imagine how he stays in business. I took my truck here a couple weeks ago and he was sleeping in the shop. Had to wake him up, which irritated him. He completed the smog and when I went to pay I said I had a coupon. He responded, "you have to show me it" whatever, I did and I left thinking maybe he was just having a bad day. So I was thinking I will give this guy another shot, we all need a second chance. Fast forward to today. I went in with my motorhome at 11:30am. He was finishing up with another customer. He said, "is that you in the motorhome?" I said yes, he said," I'm not going to touch that, plus I'm leaving early and you didn't call. " It says on the site no appointments required. I have 4 cars I need smogged, will never come back and never recommend. Do not go here!

Rude customer service. I called to confirm if the shop was open today as we had severe weather the day before and I wasn’t sure if businesses were operating as usual. At first the person picked up the phone but then hung up which I assumed was an accident. I called back and a gentlemen answered and I said hi can you confirm if you are open today. He answered, I picked up the phone, I’m speaking. I then said ok bye. I am not going to bring my business to a company who represents themselves in an unprofessional manner. There wasn’t even a slight humor in his tone which shouldn’t make a difference. It was unprofessional regardless.

This guy was an absolute piece of work. Came in here to get something quick done and not sure if I caught him on a bad day but he was giving attitude for no reason. I will not be coming back here and letting people know to do business elsewhere.

Not going to say its the friendliest place out there...but its clean and professional. Customers where briefly greeted and work was done people on their way. Easy prices upfront.
