honestly, they have fell off They like to bash other companies that make fire ring gaskets, But really, the quality of their is the worst. I bought a KLM & Visconti s58 fire ring gasket & had them side by side. Visconti is terrible, and thats being nice. Double the price too. I ended up not using either, KLM gladly returned it. Visconti Doesn’t want to return it because it was past 20 days, But really five days after I got it I wanted to return it, but I didn’t feel like telling him his product was terrible I guess that’s what I get for being nice. Wouldnt even offer a exchange. Knowing this isnt something you just will causally use I do not recommend ordering anything from them Not to mention the whole industry thinks john is a a hole

I was so worried to send my ECU out to get unlocked at femto especially having a post June ECU. Everyone else was giving me a 2 week turn around time meanwhile I went with Visconti and got it back in 7 days. Not only was it a quick turn around but also John was also super responsive to any questions and showed great customer service. I Also ordered a flex fuel kit that got to my house in two days of ordering it. I highly recommend using Visconti for any aftermarket parts or unlocks for their cars.

Extremely unprofessional company that doesn’t support or back their own products I Paid nearly 500 dollars for a part this company manufactures through a third party dealer. The instructions this company shows are not even close to the revised kit. I texted to ask ONE yes or no question, and Visconti realized that I reached out to them about the product. Due to the way Visconti handled the first interaction, I purchased from the 3rd party as they are much nicer people to deal with. Well, now Visconti doesn’t want to provide support on their product because I didn’t buy directly and demands an invoice. I send them the invoice, which shows the third party dealer and my name, and this isn’t good enough. It needs to say my name only. Meanwhile 3rd party dealer is dealing with hurricane IDA and cannot rewrite an invoice. I’m stuck waiting on literally one word… yes or no… due to their incorrect instructions My dealer tries to call, sent to voicemail. Now these people are ignoring us…. My dealer and I reach out to others, who agree the instructions are not even close, and finish up the car without viscontis help. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now and I still don’t have a yes or no from Visconti. This is all while having to deal with an extremely passive aggressive agent. (I believe it his name was Marshall?) Nothing he said was said nicely once he figured I didn’t purchase through them directly. Why even have dealers if you aren’t going to support customers who buy from this? So now I have this $500 fuel kit on my car… if it fails I’m not even sure Visconti will warranty it. I’ve literally 0 faith in this company. Avoid them at all costs.

Horrid company with horrid service. Purchased their flex fuel kit with the intention of mounting it to the A pillar. My installer messaged them in regards to which cabling to use because what comes with the kit does not reach the A pillar. They gave him nasty attitude and practically told him the kit works as is. Zero help whatsoever. Afterwards, I sent an email with the hopes that maybe the customer(myself) would have better luck, yet not a single reply back. I wouldn't buy from this company again if they were the last vendor left standing. Nor would I reccomend them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sadly, that's not an option.
