Visalia Tire & Wheel

I came in to get a set of tires switched to a new set of wheels right at the end of the day. Instead of telling me to come back tomorrow, they took them in anyway. I understood there was no way a walk-in at the end of the day would get done same day, but they were really accommodating and had them done by noon the next day. They mounted and balanced everything, and didnt damage the new wheels in any way. Excellent customer service with timely and quality work. They've likely made me a customer for life.

It used to be a good place. Service has gone down hill. Notice all the good mechanics are gone. Most likely due to the manager's attitude. He is wound pretty tight all the time and cant hear a word you say. Wheel alignment at your own risk. No test drive. Just get your money and send you on your way. They don't care if your car just steers off the road worse then before. I just went around the corner under hwy 198 on mineral king. They took the time to listen jack up the car, check tierod and balljoint and then fixed the problem at no charge. Low tire pressure. Every front end guy knows to check pressure before aligning the car. Except Visalia tire and wheel. Read your response. Yeah that all sounds good, makes a good story. I told you the power steering pump was going out and works fine going down the road before you put it on the rack. It makes no difference not all cars have power steering and still get alignment. Duh. You say you didn't test drive because I said I had no complaints? What are you talking about? Your supposed to test drive after you work on a car. You backed the car off the rack and said your done. I brought the car back and told you it drives off the road. You wouldn't even look at it.

This place was awesome! I met the owner over at his other location "Knoch Tire Co" and he's such a Great Guy! Very helpful from the beginning to the end! His crew at both locations are also very nice and super helpful! He tried to help me out and find me an affordable tire for my car, he even tried to patch up the tire I brought down before even trying to make a sale. Unfortunately my tire was done for so I had to get a new one and he even went to see if he had any in stock to get it done that day! Unfortunately they didn't so he got one ordered for me for the next day and they would put it on for me at this Location. My tire came in sooner then expected the next day and the gentleman that was here at the counter was very nice, welcoming and took care of me! I didn't have to wait too long for the tire to get put on, he let me know exactly what was done and since I paid the bill the day before I just had to sign and go. When we need new tires I will definitely be coming back here!

Trust worthy established company. Present and the price is just right. Employees are very courteous and knowledgeable about the service they provide. Wide verify of styles and sizes. Never have I ever been disappointed in the quality of products and workmanship.
