Collision Center Body & Paint Introduce

Collision Center Body & Paint is a point of interest establishment categorized under the Auto Repair Stations platform. Located at 15492 Avenue 296, Visalia, CA 93292, this auto repair shop provides essential services for vehicle collision repair, body work, and paint services. While the primary focus of such establishments is to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, the specific characteristics and service quality often set one shop apart from another.

Collision Center Body & Paint aims to cater to the needs of vehicle owners who require professional auto body repair services. Their services likely include diagnosing damage after a collision, estimating repair costs, performing frame straightening, panel replacement, and repainting the affected areas. Additionally, they may offer additional services such as rust prevention, detailing, and perhaps even minor mechanical repairs, though this would depend on their specific expertise and focus.

As an auto repair shop, Collision Center Body & Paint is expected to maintain a professional environment with skilled technicians who are knowledgeable in the latest repair techniques and equipped with the necessary tools. Their ability to handle various makes and models of vehicles ensures that customers can rely on them for comprehensive repair solutions. However, it's important for potential clients to verify the shop's licensing and certifications to ensure they meet industry standards.

One critical aspect of any auto repair establishment is customer satisfaction. Positive reviews often highlight factors such as timely service delivery, transparent pricing, professional communication, and attention to detail. These elements contribute to a positive experience and build trust between the business and its clients. Unfortunately, the feedback provided by customers paints a different picture.

Customer Feedback Section:

  • A customer reported that Collision Center Body & Paint operates without a valid license, raising serious concerns about their legitimacy as an auto repair shop.
  • Felix Parra, identified as the owner, was described as unprofessional and dishonest. Customers shared experiences of being promised completion dates that were repeatedly delayed, with excuses ranging from personal time at the lake to intoxication.
  • One vehicle was left outside for weeks with exposed bare metal, leading to damage due to rain, which is a clear indication of poor management and lack of care for customer vehicles.
  • Another customer highlighted the chronic issue of delayed repairs, with their husband's car repair promised in April, but as of December, it remained incomplete. The customer expressed frustration at the constant lies and unprofessional behavior.
  • Both reviews strongly advise against using this service, labeling the establishment as a scam and urging potential customers to save their money and seek alternative options.

Based on these reviews, it is clear that Collision Center Body & Paint has faced significant issues with professionalism, reliability, and customer care. While auto repair services are essential, especially after accidents, it is crucial for customers to conduct thorough research before committing to any shop. Reading reviews, checking licensing credentials, and seeking recommendations from trusted sources can help avoid negative experiences.

In conclusion, while Collision Center Body & Paint may provide the necessary collision repair services, their track record of unmet promises, lack of professionalism, and questionable business practices raises serious red flags. Potential customers are strongly advised to exercise caution and consider other auto repair establishments in the area that have a proven history of reliable service and customer satisfaction.

Collision Center Body & Paint Customer Reviews

This “shop” does not have a license to operate. The only thing professional about this shop is that the owner,, Felix Parra, is a professional con artist. He took my deposit and promised a completion date, that I extended three times. The “shop” is closed half the time because he is at the lake, or drunk. At least those were his excuses when he texted me back. DO NOT GIVE HIM A DEPOSIT. By the way, my vehicle was left outside for weeks with bare metal, it rained... No professional shop would have done that. The best decision I could have done besides avoiding this place was to pick up my vehicle sooner.
