This was the best experience you could ask for in the situation you’re typically in when your car gets banged up. As with all new drivers things happen, Shakur, the owner was very easy to work with and also very efficient! He quoted 1 day for the job and delivered as expected. Besides that the quality of the work is outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The best auto repair in the universe ! 🌟 ❤️ ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The owner of the shop went above and beyond with my car job. Best of all gave me estimate in 5 min he verified my car and told me what needed to be fix I told him I was in a budget gave me an amazing price. I did not had ride home owner offer to take me himself. When I saw my car I could not believe my eyes it was brand new. He also took the time to send me photos of the hole process while it was being repaired. They even cleaned the car in the inside wow 🤩 He also ask if you are satisfied or he will fix it until you are. I will recommend this team to anyone and will be bringing my other cars here. Yay so happy my car looks bran new. Omg 🥳

I never like to write negative reviews however my experience/service with vip auto body was really underwhelming read below!! The main reason I chose this company to repair my vehicle was because of the repair turn around time that was given to me of “two weeks max” being that I had minor damage to my vehicle. Simple crack/scratched bumper that needed repair and a steering wheel air bag replacement. I was lead on to believe, that I would receive my car back in a timely manner. However that was not the case, they had my car for 6 weeks and never communicated with me to give me any updates throughout the process…I eventually had to call them to see what was going on after a month and was told my car would be ready in 2 more days. Great news right NO. Again I was ghosted didn’t hear from them until 2 weeks later. What made matters worse I had to pay $290 a week x6 while they had my car to get to work. And once I received my car back the fit and finish was not professional. My cruise control no longer worked so I had to go to a Honda dealership and sit for 4hrs to get it fixed before I went on vacation. One of the buttons on my steering wheel no longer works( I can’t press it in at all). Then while driving a couple of the pieces from bumper fell of a day after I picked it up from the shop and I have no idea where the pieces fell off on the road. Now I’ll have to spend even more money to get these items professionally repaired!!!

Great experience working with VIP Auto Body. On Saturday my car had 2 dents on the fender and the driver side door and brought it to VIP Auto Body for repair. Cost was on par with repair estimates. (2 panels and paint job) Completed early Monday morning at 9am. Looked good as new, I can’t even see the original damage. Incredibly appreciative of the quick service and support.

My track car took a hard hit. Shaker and his team did an excellent job repairing the damage. They replaced a frame rail, bent the headlight rails and radiator rails back into shape, they straightened out the fenders, hood, and bumper to make it align better than ever. AND they found hidden damage on the opposite corner. They did a great job, they performed the work QUICKLY, like, 4 day turnaround, and they did it with spectacular communication and a reasonable price. I'll be returning to support this business in the future. They're good folks.

Best experience ever!!! My car was getting a bunch of water inside. They helped me to figure out what was going on with my car and fixed it super fast. They charge fair prices and their service is the best. Shaker is so knowledgeable and kind!
