Victory Lane Quick Oil Change (Plymouth)

This was my first time visiting & I will definitely be coming back! Matt was very personable, as someone who doesn’t understand much car terminology, Matt explained everything perfectly! My new go to oil change place, thank you Matt, Eugene & John for the great experience!

This is my go-to place! Jazzy & Matt are very friendly, not too pushy & actually helpful. Not just to me, but my son as well.. he told me I have to give them 5 stars!! lol it's what they deserve. Months ago they actually showed me a major problem I had that would have been catastrophic if not taken care of ASAP. Very knowledgeable & caring. If you're looking for a great place to take your car in Plymouth, this is the one. :)

Stopped in for a battery change and the whole team was amazing -friendly and helpful-also changed my air filter which as pretty nasty-the team isn’t pushy or over selling and I will be back for more services

I just stopped in for a quick oil change, but my oil cap was stripped and not easily removed. Shane suggested that I replace the part. Not only did he call O’Reillys to see if they had it in stock and how much it would be, (only $11) but he also ran across the street, in the rain, to purchase the part for me. This is going above and beyond and is the type of customer service that we rarely encounter these days. You’ve made a lifelong customer of me, Shane you and your crew are hard-working, polite and total rockstars. Thank you so much.

Service is always fast, friendly and honest! Even after they changed just about the entire staff, I was happy to find the shop still running impeccably. I’ve been a customer for about 10 years now and have no complaints:)

They are fast and efficient! Very polite and knowledgeable. I always take my car here. If I have a question they answer it with lots of detail. My go to place to get my oil changed!
