We had a fantastic experience at Colonial Collision. Price was fair and the speed of the repair was unbelievable. Two days! The staff were professional and communicated well. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I had had a pretty rough experience waiting for parts to come in …communication was not ideal while I waited for parts …I received a lot of stories and excuses…However, after almost 3 months of waiting they had all the parts and completed the work quickly! My vehicle was washed and the inside interior was detailed! Looked brand new! I was very impressed with the work they completed. I would recommend taking your vehicle here…I drive a 2024 SUV so waiting on parts was inevitable…

Got into a minor accident and took my vehicle in to get back bumper, front bumper, and right passenger side door replaced. They made sure to get the correct OEM paint and parts, paint job was great, everything blended so nicely. They got all the work done within 3 weeks. I was highly impressed and will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was rude and never proactively contacted me to let me know what was holding up my repair, or when something came up, even after I complained. Had my vehicle for 4 months and then tried to pass it off to Midas. They told Midas they could complete the work. It's been 5 1/2 months and the work is still incomplete. currently the hood and drivers door which need to repair are both not aligned properly. The vehicle was covered in dust inside and out. They are a collision shop who obviously never test drove the vehicle nor identified some of the major issues yet had my vehicle forever. I never once had an apology, just excuse after excuse and attitude. I would give them a 1/4 star if that was available.

Do not give these incompetent buffoons your business. You will either wait forever with no updates, or get an improperly repaired vehicle. -No after-hours key drop. -Surly office manager who plays victim and is always ready with an excuse why the customer is incorrect. -Incompetent office manager & owner. -Car returned with a coating of dust on all interior surfaces. -Was never called when parts arrived. -Was not able to navigate insurance. -Was not able to navigate correct billing. -Entire repair process took 7 months to replace 2 doors. -Communication in general is non-existent.
