They did a great job. I’ve been coming here for at least 3years. Always good service. Devin took care of me today did a great job. I needed new wipers. He installed and told me I had three month warranty. That was good to hear. Thanks for great service. Thanks Devin.

I'd rate it 4 due to the price, which might be about the going rate for full synthetic oil + filter. I usually do my own oil changes. But they were professional, quick, thorough, tested my battery, and replaced my lost pan gasket free. Recommended!

I pulled up and asked what I needed to do to get my oil changed. The crew was great. Each one had a task and they did it with no fuss! They were polite to me and each other. Since I am new to the area they said I could stop by anytime and they would help me with information since they know the area well. Great folks.

My car has had a minor oil leak for a few months and I didn't know where to bring it. The guys at Victory Lane are always helpful, so I figured that would be a good first step. When I got there, the man helping me (he seemed to be a manager) asked if I also wanted an oil change, or just wanted the leak checked out. My sticker said I needed an oil change in just a few days, so I shrugged and said "may as well change it too!" He looked at my sticker and said "actually, you've still got a few thousand more miles and you're using full synthetic oil. I'd recommend just waiting, you don't need a change yet. I'm not here to take your money, I'd rather have a happy customer." I really respected that! Within a few minutes, the leak was fixed (they just needed to tighten the gasket on my oil pan) and I drove away without paying anything. When I had been so stressed about my car, it was amazing to have such a pleasant and helpful experience

This is not your typical quick oil change shop. They run an efficient operation with the employees working together seamlessly. Everyone is polite and friendly. Your questions will be answered honestly. I've trusted my vehicles with them for 20+ years and hope to do so for twenty more. Highly recommended.
