Can't say enough about this place. Amazing service with amazing and friendly staff. You walk in you're family kind of atmosphere. Their work is top notch and done with the most care and concern. If you're thinking of stopping in just do it! You won't be displeased. CIA Performance (in the back) got my truck running like never before. I will be a Vic's/CIA customer for life

My car was taken here after an accident I had 5 months ago and it’s still in the shop. It is impossible to get ahold of anybody and their voicemail box is always full. I haven’t gotten any real updates about my car, and there isn’t an estimated time for it to be done… after 5 months. I don’t recommend this place.

Extremely professional and friendly people there. It is a very well owned business and they are highly skilled at what they do. I got a simple baseline Dyno session, which turned out to be a great conversation on what may be an issue and how I can go about addressing it.

They have had my van for 45 days after an accident. Customer service has been terrible, the worst I ever had. I have not received any updates. I have been told that i would receive a call back at least 15 times and not once has that happened. Lisa at the front has lied to me over and over. The latest lie was that my van had been sent to the dealer to be programmed on Thursday and "it was out of their hands" as to when I would get it back. I called the dealer on monday morning and they did not have it. I found out later that the van was taken to the dealer late monday afternoon. My insurance stopped paying for my rental after 30 days and I have had to come out of pocket over 600 dollars to date and they refuse to help with the cost. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest no one does. I would hate for anyone to deal with what I am dealing with currently.
