So as a business owner we stress on reviews. Here I found myself leaving one. I recently acquired a wrecked car and got quoted really high for parts. Found these guys and the I worked with 3 different people from this company and all was absolutely outstanding service. Alex even offered to stay and let me pick up parts because I have a tight work schedule and live an hour away. Not to mention you will not find anyone cheaper on parts, if you do I promise you won’t have the service you’ll get from these guys. You’ve earned a customer for life Alex! Take it from me if you need anything from these guys you are in good hands just trust them and they will get you fixed up. Thanks guys!

Had the pleasure of working with Alex this week, I called in with a car that had a blown engine. He gave me an offer that was great on the car, and even offered same day towing. They picked up the car and when I brought the title by, Alex was super friendly and the offer was as stated on the phone. I ill definitely go through them again if needed.

I drove from Flint Michigan to buy a door. Did not think about how it was going to fit in my car or if it was going to the gentleman that worked. There were a total blessing went out of their way to try to make it fit then realize I had no other option but for them to put it on my vehicle they gave me one heck of a price and not only that put my inside of my other door in this door and my key to that door so that my key would work. I was blown away from the service I got and would recommend them to anybody. Total blessing made the experience and appreciate them totally when you drive 4 hours on a hope and a dream

I just want to thank Alex for making this process nice and easy for us. It was our first time selling our older and damaged vehicle to a salvage yard so we didn't know what to expect but Alex helped me through the process and explained everything in detail to make it very easy for us to do business with Automax. Do NOT contact them via Facebook, their account has been compromised. Be sure to visit them in person or by telephone if you have a question. I needed a mirror for my truck and was told they had it on Facebook. When I arrived in Columbus I called them on the telephone and no one there had spoken with anyone on Facebook, and I was told that they didn't even have any trucks of that type or size on the lot, nor did they have any new ones in stock. The man I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Just beware of communicating with them through messenger, and never send anyone money through any type of cash app without knowing exactly who you're sending it to.

Great place very helpful never made me feel like a stranger to the automobile world.gave me a great price for my 2009 ford excape, and in very good condition. Also left pieces on to make it easy for the mechanic. They greet you with a smile, I recommend anyone, just asked for Alex.
