The staff at Vertex Collision Center [Auto Body - Paint - Frame] were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire repair process. The quality of the repairs was exceptional. My work truck looks as good as new! The customer service was top-notch. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer my questions. They even detailed the interior of my truck, which was a nice surprise. Furthermore, they worked directly with my insurance company to make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of an auto body repair shop.

First of all I want to say thank you to all the Vertex Collision Center staff. Great customer service. They fixed my car in timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure Im fully aware of the process. I will recommend everyone to go to them. My car is back and it looks exactly the same as it was before. Serge and his team were kind, professional, and efficient. I dropped off my car on a Monday to get some scratches fixed and by Thursday morning it was ready for pickup -- they even took care of some older chips I had for no extra cost! The entire process was quick, easy, and extremely accommodating; these guys are the real deal. Their service is well worth the drive and I plan on using them for all future repairs.

This is my second car I have brought to Vertex for repairs and they have done an amazing job once again. Sam was very helpful and walked me throughout the entire process. I got into an accident where someone rear ended my 4Runner. When I brought it to Vertex, they repaired the car so well that it looked better than when I bought it used. They provided me with a rental car as well so I'm not left without a car. It's worth the 40 minute drive to make sure my car is in good hands. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you have any work that needs to get done on your car.
