🚨Thieves Scam Artist will steal your car even if you parked it for 3 hours🚩.I thought it was supposed to be 3 days. The best part is that all my neighbors have ring cameras. My lawyer said since 2018. 14 different people sued and won. Look it up.

A money making company. They wan’t to tow every car parked in a public parking even though it’s not illegally parked. By law, a vehicle can park for up to 72hours in public with no meter sign or restrictions. So if this company tow your car when you park in a public parking for less than 12hours sue them. They act like they own the public parking areas in stores and squares.

At night they only have 1driver they say ETA is 20min then they say they have PD calls so sometimes it takes 4-5hours for a tow,go with day and night towing only took 35min

My car was impounded, I went to go retrieve my car and in good faith paying all the absolute ridiculous fees. Upon them taking out my car I look inside and a site to see all my personal documents that where in my glove compartment are scattered every where! Personal documents that any one can easily do fraud with and other things, very sensitive material. And if your thinking why would u have those documents in the car, that morning my car got impounded I was at a very important meeting and dmv In which is why it was in the car. Moving forward why are there employees scavengering through my car !? I asked the lady at the front and she said no nobody would do that, ok lady I’m glad you’re so gullible to believe everyone you work with has good faith. I moved this up to the manager after the lady at the front couldn’t help me, the manager is named GLORIA she then stated that her employees wouldn’t do that and they have cameras everywhere. Ok so if u have cameras everywhere how can u see what they are doing INSIDE my car ? U can only see what they are doing from the outside then she proceeds to tell me why are my documents in my car? Like it’s my fault your employees are probably looking to do wrongful things. On top of my documents being scattered everywhere they took all the change from my car AND upon forcefully towing my car from a tight spot my transmission is acting weird and does not go into reverse. Gloria was not empathetic nor apologetic and as well as any of there employees. She said she would give me a call back with more information on the topic it’s been a week. You guys will be hearing from me till this is resolved!

Had this reckless tow truck driver from Howard towing on 7/23/2019 on Corbin st.2pm. Northridge ,tailgate me within inches of my bumber for about a mile , I finally moved over and he proceeded to tailgate someone else .. Great employees , I read the reviews , makes sense why your company is rated so low.
