My car was taken in after an accident to this location. However, I’ve been trying to go to release my car to my insurance and they have made it impossible to do so. When I call ahead to let them know I’m going, they say they’re closed even though it’s within normal business hours. When I try to go earlier but call to make sure it’s open, no one answers. My insurance company has also been calling and no one answers at all. They close way earlier than normal business hours and the office is definitely not open 24 hours. Avoid this towing company if possible during any accident. Wait for AAA or another tow truck. The worker who took in the car was extremely nice, though. This isn’t a reflection on him personally but the business itself. It’s frustrating when the business hours are limited and the lack of response most of the day.

10/10 recommend. The owner himself came out at midnight to rescue my blown up car in the mountains, then my other car got a flat on the way down and he let me use his jack. Very energetic and very respectful. Calling next time I inevitably need a tow

Outstanding customer service. I had to come by after hours due to my job and Jose went out of his way to stay late to accommodate schedule so i could sign the paperwork to release my car to my insurance and pick my belongings out of the vehicle. Definitely use them for your towing needs!
