My experience with Vega's Automotive Repair was great. I was kept in the loop of what was going on. I was informed that they were searching for a part, so I wasn't wondering why things were moving. They didn't have my son's vehicle long. Maybe a week and a half. Overall great service, and I didn't feel like they overcharged in price. I even added additional minor things for them to fix since they had the vehicle.

Customer service is amazing here. They truly care about your concerns. Have been coming here for years. Trust them with all my vehicles. They make a point to adress any issue right away with reasonable prices. Upfront and honest as well. Never felt like they made up an issue just to make some money. They care about their customers and assure your happy once your service is complete. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for 9am. Got there at 8:50, and the place was closed. People in the repair place next door convinced me to stick around until 9:30. Vega's never opened. My time was wasted. Maybe he was sick and if I get a call back I'll update the rating.
