Our sales person was friendly and helpful, realizing I knew exactly what I wanted, and didn't try to sell me something else. The manager became involved and searched out a new car that wasn't yet on the lot to see if it met my needs. When I did find the one I liked, we were only in the office for an hour and the deal was done, unlike an experience with another dealer where we were there for 3 hours trying finalize the deal. A bonus was a lovely little restaurant right in the dealership showroom where we were able to have a nice lunch while we waited for the car to be ready for us.

My experience at Toyota was pleasant from the day I booked a service appointment throughout the entire process. The service technician was polite, knowledgeable, kind, and helped me with financing for my back brakes. I am grateful for the experience.
